Adaptive Minds meets every family with empathy first. Lauren brings years of hands-on experience across school systems, early intervention clinics, and work supporting individuals with intense behaviors.
She has personally navigated the foster care system and is the proud mother of an autistic and amazing child — giving her firsthand understanding of the struggles families face, and a commitment to making support feel human, not clinical.
Her credentials include Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst, International Behavior Analyst, and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual, alongside certifications in education, supervision, CPI, OBM, and trauma-informed yoga.
